If you are not completely satisfied with your ring or pendant simply return it within 15 days of receipt for a full refund.

Returns
All returns shall be in new condition, in the original packaging and accompanied by the original documentation including the Certificate of Authenticity. 911 Unity reserves the right to refuse a refund if these conditions are not met.

Received with Damage
Any product that arrives damaged can be returned for a full exchange. Should product arrive damaged customer will be reimbursed for return shipping charges.

Repairing the Colored Line
Through our lifetime warranty on our rings, we will repair, free of charge, any damage to the coloured enamel lines. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges. To have a coloured line repaired please pint and complete the Warranty Repair Form and return it with the ring in a padded envelope to:

3rd Party Repairs
911 Unity shall be consulted prior to any repairs being considered by anyone other than 911 Unity in order to maintain the lifetime warranty. Repairs made by a 3rd party, not approved by 911 Unity in advance, will void the warranty. Repairs do not include engraving. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Sizing
911 Unity recommends that customers have their finger professionally sized before ordering. All sizing should be done with a wide-band metal ring sizer. 911 Unity does not recommend the use of paper sizers as they are not accurate. Please note that ring sizes will differ between the weak and dominant hand. Also outside influences such as strenuous activity, alcohol consumption, standing for long periods and exposure to extreme heat or cold should be taken in to consideration when having a finger sized. Using an existing ring to determine ring size is not recommended. 911 Unity is not responsible for inaccurate sizing obtained in this fashion. In order to ensure accurate sizing for rings being purchased as a gift we recommend purchasing a gift certificate that can be redeemed after accurate sizing of the wearer has been obtained.

Resizing
The lifetime warranty is void if the customer has a ring re-sized without the prior consent of 911 Unity. The fee for re-sizing is $60.00 USD, plus shipping, and is at the expense of the customer. The fee does not include engraving, shipping or applicable taxes
