We are honoured that you have decided to proudly wear one of our rings or pendants.

Ordering is Easy!

  • Navigate, using the toolbar at the top of this page, to the Emergency Services section from which you would like to place an order
  • At the bottom of that page, click on the image that represents the item you would like to order. You will be taken to a page that describes the item and includes an option to purchase the item
  • Make all necessary selections and click on Add to Cart
  • Click the Continue Shopping link to add more products to your order or click on Checkout and process your order.

Currency and Foreign Exchange Rates
All prices and associated costs are in US Dollars (US$). To get up-to-date Foreign Exchange Rates, we suggest you visit The Universal Currency Converter®.

Personal Information
We will require some personal information from you to allow us to process your order. This includes your:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Payment Information
  • Agency Name and Badge/Employee Number when ordering a Member's Ring
  • Agency name and Employee Number when ordering a Support Ring
  • Fallen Officer's name when ordering a Survivor's ring

All personal information collected is kept confidential and will not be shared or sold to anybody. All information provided is transmitted to us using a secure Internet connection.

Orders placed through our web site are transmitted to us via e-mail without your Credit Card information. Credit Card information is processed separately using Secure Socket Layer (SSL)technology to ensure confidentiality.

Correct Sizing
Please ensure you order the correct ring size. 911 Unity custom manufactures each ring based on the sizing information provided by the customer. While we will happily resize your ring, however we recommends that you have your finger professionally sized to avoid problems with your order.

Engraving
Each ring and the pendant is engraved with the Latin phrase Omnes ad Unum, meaning "All Together as One", at no additional cost.

Additional engraving is also available, at a small cost, to personalize your ring or pendant. The number of characters that can be engraved are limited due to space constraints.

Shipping Costs
The shopping cart will add the appropriate shipping charges based on your location.

Current Shipping Fees
Shipping fees to major centres is as listed below:
Canada             $22
United States    $32

Canada Post reserves the right to implement an additional handling surcharge for delivery to remote or rural areas. 911 Unity will contact the customer via email if the handling surcharge applies prior to any orders being processed. Expedited shipping is available at an additional fee.

International
For orders outside of Canada / USA, please contact us for the shipping charge or, if ordering via our web site, we will contact you with the shipping charge prior to processing the order.

Applicable Taxes
The shopping cart will add the appropriate taxes based on your location.

Goods & Services Tax (GST)
All Canadian residents will be subject to 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Harmonized Sales Tax (HST)
For Canadian provinces subject to the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), the final invoice will be adjusted to reflect the HST at 13%.

Provincial Sales Tax (PST)
Provincial Sales Tax varies from province to province.

Payment Methods
We accept American Express, MasterCard, and Visa, as well as cheques and money orders (payable to 911 Unity). Your order will not be processed until payment is received.

Please Note: Credit card statements will appear as Williams Recognition

A $100 deposit is required on all non-prepaid orders. All deposits are non-refundable after 2 business days from the date the order is received. There will be a $25 CAD charge for all NSF cheques or declined credit card transactions.

Confirmation
You will automatically receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. Please carefully review the order confirmation to ensure it is exactly what you want.

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is done via Canada Post with insurance and a tracking number that will be provided to you via e-mail at the time of shipment. 911 Unity does not assume responsibility for Customs delays, acts of God or any situation that may arise that may delay normal delivery.

You should expect to receive your ring / pendant 6 to 8 weeks from the time of order.
